The Project
As a key participant of the design build team, Anderson developed a site plan which focused linking the existing campus facilities with the new student life center. Developing a space where students, staff and alumni could connect in a natural environment. Inter-winding sidewalks and a terraced amphitheater seamlessly transitions the large common space within the building to the outdoor environment.
With upgraded site infrastructure, landscaping and parking, the new facility will open in December of 2020 providing the campus with enhanced office and classroom space, a college regulation sized basketball court, fitness center and large common space.
Anderson’s landscape architects, civil engineers and surveyors worked closely with school representatives, the architect and general contractor to develop a site plan that promotes an enhanced experience in anticipation of future growth for the college.
