Anderson Engineering offers a complete range of surveying services. Our staff currently consists of three full-time survey crews with GPS/Robotic capabilities. We have an overall system that is designed and geared for timely and efficient work production on large-scale or small-scale projects, from the small residential lot to the 40-mile boundary of Camp Ripley. Our Robotic Total Station and GPS system allows us to perform accurate field surveys that consume a minimum amount of time, and our in-house computer and AutoCAD facilities allow for efficient use of personnel. We have sufficient resources to permit us to perform multiple work orders within required time frames at a high level of quality.

Our surveyors are licensed in seven states and perform surveys locally and throughout the Midwest. Our staff has successfully completed many projects with government agencies such as the former Farmers Home Administration, now the Farm Service Agency, U.S. Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Minnesota Department of Military Affairs and Minnesota Department of Transportation. We have repeatedly demonstrated in previous contracts the ability to perform large-scale projects on time and on budget.

Our experience allows us to consider ourselves survey experts in the development of commercial and residential properties. Our pre-design surveys, the basis of any development, are thorough, accurate, and understandable to other design professionals involved in the project. Our construction staking performed with GPS and Robotic Total Stations is extremely efficient and cost effective. We understand contractor needs and have the ability and personnel to meet their scheduling demands and keep the project on track.

Our Licensed Land Surveyors have performed thousands of land surveys. Their expertise interpreting and writing legal descriptions, preparing ALTA Surveys, and solving complex boundary issues, has made them a valuable commodity as expert witness in numerous court cases.
