Roger Anderson, PE
Mr. Anderson has over thirty years experience in the field of civil enginneering.  He is the 
president, Principal Engineer and Owner of Anderson Engineering of MN, LLC, established 
in 1989.  He has been the Project Manager on numerous projects involving multi-firms
and/or multi-disciplines.  

Mr. Anderson's experience includes land development and municipal engineering, as well as 
highway and railroad design and stormwater management.  Projects managed by Mr. Anderson generally 
include engineering for full site development; sewer and water, storm sewer, streets, drainage analysis to 
meet city and watershed requirements, procurement of agency permits and other work as needed.  Roger 
is a Registered Professional Engineer in seven states, including Minnesota, the Dakotas and Arizona.  


Survey 
Jack Bolke, LS Mr. Bolke has over 25 years experience in the field of land surveying and project management. While working and becoming licensed in Alaska, he gained unique and valuable experience as Project Manager/Crew Chief on many large scale projects, involving hundreds of miles of boundary line, in some of the most remote locations on Earth. Mr. Bolke's expertise with deed interpretations, legal description writing and solving complex boundary problems has made him very valuable as an expert witness in numerous court cases. Jack has performed or supervised over 1600 ALTA Survey projects in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area, and continues to be licensed in both Minnesota and Alaska.
