Anderson Engineering has provided engineering services for hundreds of residential, commercial and industrial projects. Past projects have included local and area wide stormwater management planning, large scale mixed-used neighborhood design and construction to small single-family subdivisions. Commercial site projects have included convenience stores, industrial sites, and large office/warehouse to big-box retail centers. Our firm has extensive experience in gaining local government project approvals and procurement of agency permits associated with small and large scale developments including EAW and AUAR preparation. After approvals are obtained, we can provide a full range of construction services including bid and construction administration, monitoring, reporting and coordination.
